Junior Graphic Designer

Work Days: 5 + Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

JOB EXPERIENCE:

Designer with Min 2-4 years of experience in hardcore Advertising, Branding/ Digital Marketing Agencies only.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to self-design concept, process visual designs and layouts for logos, advertisements, catalogues, brochures, posters, hand-outs, etc. based on client/ senior briefing.
  • Prepare new and unique design, drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions through rough sketches, presentation & actual designed creatives for different types of layouts & illustrations, web design layout, social media posts, packaging designs & typography according to brand guidelines.
  • Produce professional solutions for various marketing communication needs, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
  • Participate & perform quality checks and collate back feedback from seniors for final delivery.
  • Deliver design projects from concept to completion, with minimal extended support.
  • Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve the designs as per briefs.
  • End-to-end internal & external team coordination for copy, image or brief and client delivery.
  • Follow-up with the updating/ corrections and final submissions.

JOB EXPERIENCE:

Copy writing profile Min 2-4 years of experience in Advertising, Branding/ Digital Marketing Agencies only.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employing skills to establish concept note for client conceptual approvals
  • Write, paraphrase or re-write content from scratch depending on specific instructions in work order.
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
  • Create fresh plagiarism free creative web content, blogs, articles, flyers, press as per requirements.
  • Create & Update content as needed for various projects as per internal & client approvals.
  • Ownership to proofread & edit blogs, articles, posts & print material before publishing on or offline.
  • Confidently coordinate with marketing & design teams to producing work across multiple platforms
  • Ability to create flow structures for multi-page brochures & coffee table books
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Make content headers and flows to provide to creative teams keeping copy style consistency Ability to understanding projects brief and requirements with grace & ease.

JOB EXPERIENCE:

Digital Marketing profile Min 2-4 years of experience - Advertising, Branding/ Digital Marketing Agencies only.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers for BW & Customers
  • Plan & monitor the ongoing BW & It’s customer’s presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized e-adverts - Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase BW brand awareness.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and directions to what need to be updated on website.
  • Measure performance of DM using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
  • Attaining certain and specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication,building brand image for BW & Clients. Look into conversion of BW leads into closure.
  • Monitoring, evaluate, measure, improve - performance of campaigns DM efforts.
  • Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals,distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness.
  • Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
  • Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
